For Authors of accepted papers
Information on acceptance, deadlines and preparation of camera-ready papers
  1. Please check the status of your paper(s) in this web service. It is not planned to send notifications of acceptance/rejection of the papers by e-mail to all the participants. Therefore, if for some reasons you need a confirmation of acceptance, please let us know an it will be sent to you.
  2. The acceptance process depends on the timely submission of reviews, so in some cases it has been delayed. The Authors of papers for which the acceptance came late will be authorized to pay the early-bird rate of the conference fee, even if they can not observe the deadline for this fee.
  3. Unfortunately, we shall not be able to delay the deadline for the submission of camera-ready papers. This is due to the requirements of the editorial process. If you have problems with timely submission of the camera-ready version due to the late acceptance, please let us know and we shall consider each case separately. Please observe the rules concerning the preparation of the camera-ready version of your paper, discussed in the section on "Publications". Failure to do so will make it impossible to include your paper(s) in the Proceedings.
  4. Some papers will have to be presented as posters. The reason is mainly that the number of relatively good submissions is larger than the number of papers that could be presented during the oral sessions. The decisions on which papers are to be presented as posters will be made during the coming weeks.
  5. All the papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings (LNCS): those to be presented orally as well as those to be presented as posters. There will be no difference in the way the papers will be published. The way of preparing the camera-ready versions for publication is the same.
